Meet The Farmers

Brandon, Josie, Loretta, Flint, and Forrest Rosenburg

Raising grass finished beef with our children, being responsible stewards of the land, and supplying our customer with a quality lean and healthy product is our passion! Loretta is now six years old and we just welcomed our twin boys (Flint and Forrest) in November of 2021!

Our favorite hobbies (besides raising cattle) include camping, spending time with family, and enjoying the outdoors. Josie enjoys gardening (this is where the “blooms” part comes in!) so we might have extra goodies soon!

Brandon and Josie are progressive farmers, always learning new ways to better serve our cattle, land, and customers. They have been married for 9 years in May! Josie has a bachelor’s degree in Animal Sciences from The University of Missouri- Columbia and both Brandon and Josie were raised on family cattle farms in the area.

Your support is extremely appreciated and we wouldn’t be able to do this without our amazing customers! Thank you!

THE CATTLE

Some of our cows and calves! We specialize in british white park genetics (purebreds and crossbreds). They are a rare heritage breed and by far, our personal favorites. Josie purchased her first british white park heifer in 2006 and it has been love since. The breed is known for marbling on grass (adds eating quality to your beef) and being docile. Perfect fit for our family operation and your table!

THE BLOOMS

Check out a sample of our flower offerings from previous years! We have several peony plants of multiple different varieties. Most of the flowers grown are annuals (meaning they are replanted each year) so we like to change it up! In the past we have grown dahlias, sunflowers, cosmos, many different fillers, and wildflowers. We hope to soon add several veggies to the mix!
